About Radio Outreach
The Holy Spirit is moving powerfully in the hearts of listeners through radio. Native missionaries have reached interior villages after days of walking narrow dirt trails, only to be greeted by the words, "What took you so long to come? We have been listening to your broadcasts for years, and we have placed our faith in Jesus Christ; we have been waiting for you!" In such a way, GFA Radio is reaching across geographical and political barriers, planting churches in isolated areas yet to be reached by missionaries. GFA broadcasts the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Bible teaching to some of the most unreached places on the globe-in 103 languages and counting. Since 1986, Gospel for Asia has produced and aired radio programs for the unreached peoples of the Indian Subcontinent. Due to religious, social and political barriers, sharing Christ in countries of the 10/40 Window is very difficult. As the "invisible evangelist," radio can go where a missionary perhaps cannot. And God is using this tremendously effective tool. Despite high illiteracy rates among our listening audience, we receive more than 1 million responses each year from those whose lives God has touched as a result of our broadcasts. Many are finding new life in Jesus Christ. Find out more on our about Radio on our international site. Click here
Some 1 million listeners flood GFA's field offices each year with their response, expressing they have received Christ after hearing a broadcast or showing a hunger to know more about Him. Gospel workers in each office write a personal letter of response, covered in prayer, to each listener.
100 percent of your donation is sent to the mission field. Nothing is taken out for administration or fundraising.
